(MENAFN) Incheon International Airport, South Korea's key gateway, has been witnessing record breaking daily travelers recently, based on the latest reports.
Passengers arriving at and departing from the airport reached a total of 195,034 at the end of last Friday, the top daily tally since the airport opened in early 2001.
In particular, the daily significant jump was basically on the back of a notable upsurge in the number of South Koreans going overseas for summer vacation.
Moreover, the airport assessed 5.42mn people would leave or arrive in the nation through the airport during a one-month vacation period that started July-16.
