Hyundai to recollect faulty KIAs in China

(MENAFN) The Shanghai branch of Hyundai Motor Group (China) Ltd. is preparing to recall 19 imported Kia vehicles in China, according to the latest data.

In particular, the recollection, set to begin on May-27, affects 19 shipped in Kia K9 sedans produced between Feb-14, 2014 and Sept-8 of the previous year.

Additionally, South Korea's top carmaker stated that the headlights of the affected vehicles may blink temporarily during driving because of poor contact.

The automaker vowed to check all affected cars and replace defective parts free of charge, hence owners to contact a hotline number for further information.
