(MENAFNEditorial) Dubai Municipality is the Strategic Sponsor of the upcoming Government of Dubai's Achievements Exhibition 2014, which is being held under supervision of the Dubai Government Excellence Program (DGEP) on the theme "Local Government and Global Achievements" from 8 – 10 April 2014 at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre
The exhibition offers a great opportunity for government institutions to showcase their achievements and services as well communicate with stakeholders. Government entities will interact with their customers and listen to their suggestions with the aim of upgrading their services
As Strategic Sponsor, Dubai Municipality will seek new partnerships to further develop its institutional performance as well as exchange expertise under the supervision of DGEP, the initiator of such partnerships.
Dr. Ahmed Nuseirat, Coordinator General, Dubai Government Excellence Programme (DGEP) said: "In addition to providing best ways to enhance communication with customers, this exhibition serves as an important platform to further enhance cooperation and integration among government departments and institutions in Dubai, while celebrating their success and excellence in a global context."

Entities participating in the show share a common sentiment to promote cooperation and provide better solutions for residents and visitors to Dubai
At the exhibition, Dubai Municipality will highlight achievements in the field of Green Buildings, gardening, agriculture and food control in addition to other activities. It also will explain its steps in implementing the Smart Government project launched by H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. The municipality has formed an internal committee to supervise its smart transformation and put forward a 'I Dubai' draft project to provide integrated services on mobile phones to ensure easier life for the community
The Dubai Municipality stand at the Government of Dubai's Achievements Exhibition 2014 in Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre, will showcase posters of its completed projects
