(MENAFN- Arab Times) A Kuwaiti citizen lodged a complaint at Rawda police station against an Indian expatriate, accusing him of swindling KD 700 from him and escaping, reports Al-Anba daily.
The citizen informed securitymen that the Indian expatriate had signed a contract to complete some repair work in his house for KD 700. However, after the suspect received the money, he disappeared without completing the work and switched off his mobile phone.
A case was registered against the suspect and investigations are ongoing to arrest him and retrieve the stolen money.
