Saudi- CSC Chairman, UAE Ambassador Discuss Ways of Strengthening Economic Cooperation Relations

Riyadh, Jumada II 25, 1439, March 13, 2018, SPA -- Chairman of the Saudi Chambers Council (CSC) Eng. Ahmed bin Suleiman Al-Rajhi discussed here today with UAE Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Sheikh Shakhbout bin Nahyan Al Nahyan means of enhancing the economic cooperation relations between the two countries and promoting them to the best levels, in presence of Secretary General of the Saudi Chambers Council Dr. Saud Al-Mashari.
At the outset of the meeting, Eng. Al-Rajhi hailed the distinct relations between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
He expressed that the Saudi business sector is ready to seek a strategic partnership and full coordination with its UAE counterpart, which is beneficial to the economy of the two brotherly countries.
For his part, the UAE ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia hailed the distinct relations between the two leaderships, affirming that they enjoy close historical relations at all levels, especially in the commercial and economic aspects. He added that the UAE is one of the most important commercial partners of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the Arab region in general, and in the GCC in particular.
They also discussed the arrangements for the Saudi-UAE Business Forum which will be hosted by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Riyadh in September 2018.
