Princess of Wales to unveil early childhood initiative


(MENAFN) This week, the Princess of Wales, Catherine, will introduce a significant initiative in her campaign to emphasize the importance of early childhood development.

Catherine, who is also called Kate, established her Centre for Early Childhood four years ago and reportedly assumes the campaign her "life's work.”

The wife of the heir to the throne, Prince William, Princess Catherine announced that people needed to be "much better at acting with compassion and empathy towards one another".

"At the heart of all of this is the need for us to develop and nurture a set of social and emotional skills," she declared in an announcement as her early childhood center revealed a "framework” focusing on supporting works to strengthen capabilities.

Interpersonal and emotional abilities were "fundamental to our future mental and physical well-being, shaping everything from our ability to form positive relationships, to our capacity for learning, working and coping with adversity", the center declared.
