Israeli Air Strike Kills 3 S. Lebanon

(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) BEIRUT, Dec 8 (KUNA) -- Three people were killed on Sunday in an Israeli airstrike that targeted the town of Debbine in southern Lebanon, the National News Agency reported.
The airstrike hit the Al-Arid neighborhood in Debbine, violating the ceasefire agreement. The attack claimed three lives and injured several others, who were transported to the hospital for treatment.
Israel continues to breach the ceasefire agreement that took effect on November 27, even as residents gradually return to towns and villages across Lebanon. The escalation began in September, when Israeli airstrikes targeted multiple regions, resulting in thousands of deaths and the displacement of hundreds of thousands. (end)
