Kuwait Bids Farewell To Martyrs Al-Azmi, Al-Dosari


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, Dec 4 (KUNA) -- The Ministry of Interior gave a military funeral for martyr of duty Lance Corporals Bader Al-Azmi and Talal Al-Dosari from the General Traffic Administration who died during performing their duty.
The funeral procession, held at Sabhan cemetery on Wednesday afternoon, was attended by state officials, citizens and residence.
In a statement to KUNA, First Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defense, and Minister of Interior Sheikh Fahad Yusuf Saud Al-Sabah conveyed sincere condolences and sympathy from His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshaal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, and His Highness Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Prime Minister, to the families and relatives of the deceased.
In homage to the memory of the martyrs, Sheikh Fahad said, "Kuwait is bidding farewell to her faithful sons who set an example in selflessness and dedication to the military duty."
In a similar statement to KUNA, the Ministry's Undersecretary Lieutenant General Sheikh Salem Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, said that the riches of the nation embrace its sons who are martyrs of duty who sacrificed their lives for the sake of the nation's security.
The military funeral was attended, in addition to Sheikh Fahd Al-Yusuf and Al-Nawaf, by the Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Kuwaiti Army Major General Pilot Sabah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, the Chief of the General Fire Force Major General Talal Al-Rumi, a number of security and military leaders, and a large crowd of citizens and residents.( end)
