Türkiye Holds Event Dedicated To Azerbaijan's Victory Day (PHOTO)

BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 4. The event was
held in Ankara on the occasion of the next anniversary of
Azerbaijan's glorious victory, Trend reports via Azerbaijan's State
Committee for Work with Diaspora.
Meanwhile, it was noted that at the event organized jointly by
the Federation of Turkish-Azerbaijani Associations (TADEF) and the
Azafli Social Assistance and Culture Association, first the memory
of the Martyrs was honored and the national anthems of both
countries were sounded.
Following the opening words of Arzuman Azafli, Chairman of
Azafli Social Assistance and Culture Association, and Sattar Kaya,
Deputy Chairman of TADEF, a video on Azerbaijan's Second War was
screened.
Then Bursa Uludag University Professor Mehmet Yüce talked about
the geostrategic and geoeconomic importance of Karabakh and
Zangezur. He made a presentation on Azerbaijan's position in the
Turkic world, including the strategic importance of Karabakh for
the Turkic world.
The other speaker, professor of Ankara University Javid
Abdullazade, talked about the Zangezur corridor and the legal
aspects of the return of Western Azerbaijanis to their ancestral
homeland.
The event concluded with the presentation of certificates of
appreciation to the speakers by Arzuman Azafli, Chairman of the
Azafli Social Assistance and Culture Association.
