Limagrain Europe To Launch Seed Production Projects In Kyrgyzstan

CEO of Limagrain Europe, Antoine Colombo, and the Minister of Water Management, Agriculture, and Processing industry of Kyrgyzstan, Bakyt Torobaev, discussed the launch of new projects aimed at developing wheat, barley, and corn seed production in Kyrgyzstan.

Specifically, they talked about testing parent lines of seeds for these crops starting next season, as well as beginning their production in Kyrgyzstan.

Torobaev expressed support for this initiative and stated that the ministry is ready to provide comprehensive assistance in this matter. He also noted that this will help improve the quality of grain production, which plays a crucial role in ensuring food security.
