Azerbaijan Dissolves Working Group On Interparliamentary Relations With France

(MENAFN- Trend News Agency) BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 8. The Azerbaijani parliament has dissolved the working group on interparliamentary relations with France, Trend reports.

In today's parliamentary session, the working group on inter-parliamentary relations with France was omitted from the proposed law concerning the election of leaders of working groups in the Azerbaijani parliament.

The reason for this is that the French Parliament refused to create this working group.

To note, the earlier one-sided stance of France regarding Azerbaijan stirred the pot, prompting a backlash from the Azerbaijani parliament, which ultimately put the brakes on the working group's efforts to foster inter-parliamentary relations with France.
