Uzbekistan, Slovakia Sign Agreement On Economic Co-Op


(MENAFN- Trend News Agency) TASHKENT, Uzbekistan, September 25. Uzbekistan and Slovakia signed an agreement on economic cooperation, Trend reports.

“Happy to sign the agreement on economic cooperation between Uzbekistan and Slovakia with Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of Slovakia Juraj Blanár. Business-to-business partnerships, facilitating trade growth, and joint projects will bring more tangible outcomes to bilateral relations,” Uzbekistan's Minister of Foreign Affairs Bakhtiyor Saidov wrote in his Telegram channel.

During the meeting, the sides also discussed a number of topics of bilateral, regional, and global collaboration.

In March, Bakhtiyor Saidov met with Juraj Blanar within the framework of the Diplomatic Forum in Antalya.

The ministers paid attention to strengthening ties between the two countries and plans for the near future. Bakhtiyor Saidov expressed his readiness to further expand cooperation at various levels.
