Azerbaijan Awards Highest Military Rank Of Major General To Servicemen Of SBS - Decree

BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 17. President Ilham
Aliyev has signed a decree on awarding the highest military rank of
“Major General” to servicemen of the State Border Service (SBS) of
the Republic of Azerbaijan, Trend reports.
“Guided by paragraph 24 of Article 109 of the constitution of
the Republic of Azerbaijan, I decree:
To confer the highest military rank“Major General” to the
following servicemen of the State Border Service of the Republic of
Azerbaijan:
Colonel Bahman Babayev
Colonel Eyyub Mammadov
Colonel Nasib Mirzoyev,” the decree of the head of state
reads.
