ICBF Marks International Yoga Day

Doha, Qatar: As part of the 10th International Yoga Day, Indian Community Benevolent Forum (ICBF), in association with Techno Steel Trading and Contracting, has organised a special yoga session for workers at Techno Steel camp in New Industrial area.
The event was attended by Ambassador of India to Qatar H E Vipul, as Chief Guest, Indian Embassy Deputy Chief of Mission Sandeep Kumar, and First Secretary Eish Singhal.
The program commenced with a warm welcome by ICBF General Secretary Varkey Boban. ICBF Vice President Deepak Shetty addressed the gathering, emphasing how ICBF has consistently celebrated various occasions with the working class of the community.
Managing Director of Techno Steel K R Jayaraj expressed his gratitude to ICBF for choosing their camp for the Yoga Day celebration.
Ambassador of India H E Vipul spoke about the importance of yoga and this year's theme,“Yoga for Self and Society.” He underscored the benefits of practicing yoga daily for both personal and societal well-being.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks proposed by ICBF MC Member Shankar Goud. The yoga session, which lasted 40 minutes, was conducted under the supervision of Parvinder Bhurji, Head of Yoga at ISC.
A total of 250 participants took part in the yoga session, making it a memorable and impactful celebration.
