Israeli Occupation Attacks Leave Four Dead In Lebanon


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) BEIRUT, June 11 (KUNA) -- Four people died in latest Israeli attacks on targets in Lebanon on Tuesday, according to the official National News Agency.
The NAA, citing a resistance statement, said three Lebanese fighters were killed in clashes with the Occupation Israeli forces, adding that a person was killed in an Israeli drone attack on al-Naquora, a coastal town near the borders.
Simultaneously, the occupation gunners bombarded with artillery the towns of Al-Khiam and Kfar Kila.
It also quoted the resistance as saying that an anti-aircraft missile was fired in the direction of an Israeli warplane, "forcing it to retreat immediately."
The news agency also reported that the resistance targeted occupation's outposts near the border with rockets and other weapons.
On Monday, the Lebanese resistance downed two drones. Also, a resistance drone, laden with explosives, hit an Israeli commander base east of Naharia yesterday. (end)
