This collaboration, unveiled in a joint statement on Tuesday, aims to pioneer the next generation of software-defined vehicle (SDV) architectures for future electric vehicles from both companies.

The joint venture is focused on leveraging Rivian's advanced software and electrical architecture to develop a cutting-edge SDV technology platform.
