Azerbaijan's Baku Hosts VI World Forum Of Intercultural Dialogue


(MENAFN- Trend News Agency) BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 1. The VI World Forum ofIntercultural Dialogue has started its work in Baku, Trend reports.

The forum with the theme "Dialogue for Peace and GlobalSecurity: Cooperation and Interaction" is attended by 700 guestsfrom various countries around the world.

In addition to ministers, attendees from over 100 nations includerepresentatives from 60 countries' cultural ministries and 28international organizations. The forum comprises ten panel talksand four plenary sessions.

The event is organized by Azerbaijan's Ministry of Culture incollaboration with prominent international organizations such asthe United Nations Alliance of Civilizations (UNAOC), UNESCO,ISESCO, and the United Nations World Tourism Organization.

The event will be held from May 1 through 3.
