(MENAFN- Trend News Agency) BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 19. Judoka of theAzerbaijan national team, Balabay Aghayev (60 kg), said he's fullyready for the European Championship in Zagreb, Trend reports via Idman .
The athlete pointed out that he believes that he will achieve ahigh result at the European Championship, which will be held inZagreb.
“I'm going to these competitions with great hopes. I'll mobilizeall my strength to achieve a good result and win a gold medal. Thedream of every athlete is to become an Olympic champion. My desireafter these competitions is the Olympic Games,” Aghayev added.
To note, the European Judo Championship will be held on April25–27.
A total of 13 judokas will represent Azerbaijan at thecompetition.
