(MENAFN- UkrinForm) Drones hit an ammunition depot of the Russian invaders in the Dzhankoi district in temporarily occupied Crimea on the night of July 23 to July 24. The Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, Mykhailo Fedorov, reported a drone attack on the peninsula on his telegram channel, according to Ukrinform.
"Last night, drones attacked the capital of the 'orcs' and Crimea. Electronic warfare and air defense systems are less able to protect the skies of the occupiers. Whatever happens there, there will be more of this," he wrote.
Sergey Aksyonov, the so-called head of the occupation administration in Crimea, wrote on telegram that drones had hit an ammunition depot in the Dzhankoi district. According to him, in the sky over Crimea, 11 UAVs were allegedly shot down by Russian air defenses and suppressed by electronic warfare systems.
"An ammunition depot in the Dzhankoi district was hit. A private house in the Kirovske district was also damaged by UAV debris," the post said.
Serhii Bratchuk, an adviser to the Odesa region governor, said on telegram that according to the occupation authorities in Crimea, traffic on the railways in the Dzhankoi district and on the Dzhankoi-Simferopol highway had been halted.

Collaborator Aksyonov said that the decision had been made to evacuate residents of villages within a radius of five kilometers from the scene of the accident in the Dzhankooi district to places of temporary accommodation. According to preliminary information, there are no casualties.
This is already the third evacuation announced in Crimea in the last five days.
