terrorism Instilled In Generations, Should Be Conveyed To Western media - Analysis By Experts Image' Height='500'/>
Rena Murshud read more Armenia and peace - these two words have become completely
opposite in the lexicon. It may be hard to believe that it is
sincere when you sit around a table about peace with Armenia...
We have repeatedly come across news about Armenian separatists
living illegally in Karabakh conducting military training with
children. A lot of information and pictures about this have been
spread in the media so far. Thus, separatist gangs instruct
children with guns and so-called flags of separatists in their
hands, and at the same time, instill in them Turkish and
Azerbaijani enmity. Such a trend is continued both in Karabakh and
in Armenia in parallel.
It seems that the unfortunate Armenian authorities, deprived of
all opportunities, have decided to corrupt the psychology of
innocent children by pinning their last hope on the generation
under 18. It is really difficult to understand what Armenia, which
talks about peace and takes such aggressive measures, is
thinking.
In order to analyze the issue in more detail, being Azernews we decided to talk to both a psychologist
and a political analyst.
Psychologist Taryel Faziloglu, who was the first to comment on
the issue, connected this type of Armenian psychology not only with
today, but with the historical past in general.
"This behavior of the Armenians does not apply to today; they
have used this method throughout history. They raised every single
child against with the anti-Turk, anti-Azerbaijan sentiment. And it
is what we see as the continuation of the same story today,"
Faziloglu said.
He added that military training and the first familiarization
with weapons are provided by law only for citizens who have reached
the age of 18. For this reason, young people are called up for
military service when they reach 18 years of age. At the same time,
according to the psychologist, there is a stage in their childhood
when their physical abilities are not fully formed, and in such a
period, when children are pushed to handle arms, it can cause
serious behavioral disorders and emotional outbursts in them. In
medical terms, this leads to a high risk of juvenile
delinquency.
"Due to the high hormonal activity in adolescents under 18-19
years old, negative energy in the human body is mainly reborn,
therefore, in this period, it is more correct not to give them
weapons. This issue has repeatedly been reflected both in
scientific research and in general legislation. In other words, the
association of children under 18 years of age not only with weapons
but also with hostilities and war affairs causes psycho-traumatic
and mental disorders," the psychologist emphasized.
Faziloglu also touched on the formation of emotions in the
child's brain. "All emotions are formed in the brain of a child,
mainly at the age of 3-6 years. That is, the rational brain of
children is inactive until the age of 3, and after this age it
begins to become more active. It is at this time that children
begin to learn emotional and logical reactions. Firstly, after
realizing the gender difference at the age of 3-6 years, their
character, various emotions, complexes, strengths and weaknesses,
hatred, fear and love are formed. After this age, a period of
academic development begins. For this reason, it is more correct to
send children to school after 6 years," Faziloglu added.
In addition, the political analyst of Jewish origin, Professor
Eytan Cohen Yanarocak, discussed the political aspects of the
Armenians' promotion of terrorist sentiments to children in his
comment for Azernews.
He said that as the peace process between Armenia and Azerbaijan
remains outstanding yet, it is undoubtedly very disturbing that
such news is coming. For peace to reign in the South Caucasus, even
in the entire world, future generations must not be subjected to
such hostile indoctrination.
“It is unacceptable that Armenian children undergo such armed
training and be brought up hostile towards Azerbaijan. All these
different pictures that I read and saw reminded me of terrorists in
the Middle East with weapons in hands of children, majority of
which affiliate to Iran's terrorist organizations. Unfortunately,
we see a similar picture in Karabakh, this time against
Azerbaijan,” he stressed.
Speaking about countermeasures against such propaganda, the
expert also noted that a dangerous neighbor like Armenia should be
constantly monitored.
“Azerbaijan should closely monitor the Armenian media. In
particular, photographs and videos of children under the age of 18
being abused should be shared with the international community, the
United Nations, and the European Union, with English subtitles if
necessary. Special groups in Azerbaijan should form media
monitoring organizations that monitor the hostility between
Azerbaijan and the Turks, especially in the Armenian media or
institutions, and activate them, especially in social networks.
Today, in addition to the battlefield, there is an image war of
images of states in social networks. At this moment, Azerbaijan
should explain itself very well to the world,” the professor
opined.
In conclusion, the expert added, analyzing the relations between
Europe and Armenia, that one should not forget that the Armenians
were the first people to adopt Christianity in history. Today there
are a large number of French citizens of Armenian origin living in
France. In the light of these data, it should not surprise anyone
that the French government is pursuing a pro-Armenian policy in the
Azerbaijani-Armenian conflict.
"In this case, Azerbaijan should not have any particular
expectations either from France or from the West in this regard.
However, contrary to all defamation, all the facts that occur must
be shown in the West in the entire Western languages. This should
not undermine its legitimacy," the pundit added.
