Israeli Occupation Forces Kill Two Palestinians In Raid On Jenin


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) RAMALLAH, Dec 1 (KUNA) -- Israeli occupation forces on Thursday shot dead two young Palestinians in a raid on Jenin Camp northern West Bank, the Palestinian Health Ministry reported.
The two deceased, Mohammad Al-Saidi, aged 26 years, and Naem al-Zunaidi, aged 27 years, were killed by the Israeli forces during a raid on Jenin camp.
Special Israeli forces stormed the shanty town, deployed snipers on rooftops, called in troop reinforcements, besieged two houses and engaged in clashes with armed Palestinians, witnesses said. They also arrested four youth; two after encircling their houses, and the others after chasing them, they added.
The national Islamic forces in Jenin announced a general strike today to mourn the martyrs' loss and manifest condemnation and rage against 'the occupation crimes.'
Meanwhile, another Palestinian, Mohammad Badranah, was killed on Wednesday night during confrontations that took place in Yaboud close to Jenin.
The death toll of Palestinian martyrs climbed, in only three days, to eight. Four of them hailed from Ramallah, three others from Jenin and another from Al-Khalil (Hebron). (end)
