(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, May 8 (KUNA) -- The final encounter of Amir Cup that pits Kathma SC against Salmiya SC will be held on the 16th of May, Kuwait Football Association (KFA) Chairman Sheikh Ahmad Al-Yousef Al-Sabah said on Sunday.
In a statement, Sheikh Ahmad noted that both teams will meet up at Jaber Al-Ahmad International Stadium, wishing them all success.
Kathma SC reached the finals after beating Fhaheel SC with three goals, while Salmiya made it to the finals after beating Al-Nasr by two goals.
Kuwait Amir Cup is a Kuwaiti football competition created in 1962. (end)
