Ukrainian president initiates hold of next forum among Ukraine, Germany

(MENAFN) Ukraine and Germany share fruitful fields of collaboration, making the rollout of the fifth economic meeting between them greatly important in the current year, said President Volodymyr Zelensky. He mentioned this information at a shared media briefing with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz in Ukraine on Monday, Feb. 14, and posted an Ukrinform reporter.
The president stated, “Germany is one of our priority trading partners in Europe. We agreed that in the strategic perspective, one of the key elements of Ukraine's resilience and stability in the region should be German investments in Ukraine. The interest in increasing them is mutual. Therefore, I will propose organizing the fifth German-Ukrainian economic forum this year.”
