NEW YORK — 360PR+ has created a new independently operated PR agency serving the adult beverage industry, called Three Cheers PR. The new agency is versed in the consumers and culture that drive trends and choice-making away from and at home, along with the fast-evolving retail and regulatory dynamics that are transforming how beer, wine and spirits are discovered, purchased and enjoyed. Three Cheers PR will be led by Rob Bratskeir, who helped build a portfolio of adult beverage clients at 360PR+ including Knob Creek, Owl's Brew, The Pogues Irish Whiskey, and Blue Chair Bay Rum.

DALLAS — TruePoint Communications has launched a six-week training program, which aims to serve first-generation college students, predominantly those who are Black, Latino/Hispanic and Asian. The Work Readiness Program follows a six-week online learning curriculum that covers resume writing, interviewing and soft skills and hybrid working norms, among other topics. Following successful completion, students will earn a digital certificate noting their accomplishment, and TruePoint will include them in a job placement program to help catalyze their professional careers in marketing, PR and communications. Employers can sign up for notifications when young professionals complete the program, providing an active pipeline for job placement.

NEW YORK — KCSA Strategic Communications has launched a national crowd-sourced employee referral program to bolster its recruiting efforts in response to the firm's growth. KCSA is offering a $5,000 finder's fee to anyone in the US who refers a candidate that results in a successful hire, to be paid after 90 days of employment. KCSA is seeking public relations and investors relations from entry-level account executives through seasoned senior VPs.

WASHINGTON — Stanton Communications has changed its ownership structure, with founder Peter Stanton, who has been its sole owner, giving executives equity stakes in the company. President Lori Russo and VP Emily Wenstrom, the first beneficiaries of the new plan, will also now sit on Stanton's board of directors. As such, they assume increased control of the future direction of the firm, building upon the international expansion, client growth and staff development that have characterized the agency in recent years.
