Doha: The Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani visited Wednesday morning the Technical Institute of the Qatar Armed Forces, south of Al Udeid Air Base.
At the beginning of the visit, HH the Amir listened to a briefing on the five-year plan for the Technical Institute facilities and buildings, in addition to its future projects, rehabilitation programs and educational paths.
HH the Amir also visited classrooms, laboratories and training workshops to develop the skills of the Institute's trainees to serve in all branches of the Qatar Armed Forces.
During the visit, HH the Amir was accompanied by a number of Their Excellencies the Ministers and senior officers of the Qatar Armed Forces.
