January 2022 - Spackman Entertainment Group Limited (the ' Group '),

Lee Cho-hee of MSteam Entertainment Co., Ltd. (' MSteam '), a wholly-owned
subsidiary of the Group's associated company, Spackman Media Group Limited (' Spackman
Media Group '), is set to star in upcoming Korean TV drama, PRESIDENT JEONG YAK-YONG.
Directed by Lee Hong-seok, the historical drama PRESIDENT JEONG
YAK-YONG is a
one act play based on the novel of the same name and scheduled to be released
simultaneously online and offline in February 2022. It relates a time-slip
story which takes Jeong Yak-yong, known as Dasan, one of the greatest thinkers
in the later Joseon period, from the past in 1818 to the present in 2022, as he
becomes elected as the 20th president of the Republic of Korea. Jeong
Yak-yong was a Korean agronomist, philosopher, and poet. During his time, he wrote
highly influential books about philosophy, science and theories of government
and held significant administrative positions.
Lee Cho-hee is
confirmed to play the role of Hong Hee-ae, the assistant of president Jeong
Yak-yong, and Kang Young-seok as the role of a fan of president Jeong Yak-yong.
Kim Seung-woo shall play the role of president Jeong Yak-yong.
Previously, Lee Cho-hee headlined in SBS variety show BEAUTY
AND THE BEAST (2021) and featured in Korean drama ONCE AGAIN (2020).
She was an ambassador in the 2013 Sangsang Madang Cinema Music Film Festival.
Other than Lee Cho-hee , MSteam also
represents internationally recognized actor Wi Ha-jun of SQUID GAME, iconic
Korean actress Son Ye-jin of hit romance drama CRASH LANDING ON YOU
(2020), and top actress Lee Min-jung, who won the Top Excellence Award at the

The Company owns a 100% equity
interest in Simplex Films Limited (' Simplex Films ') which is an early
stage film production firm. The maiden film of Simplex Films, JESTERS: THE
GAME CHANGERS (2019), was released in Korea on 21 August 2019. Simplex
Films has several line-up of films including HURRICANE BROTHERS (working title).
Company owns a 100% equity interest in Take Pictures Pte. Ltd. (' Take Pictures ') which produced STONE
SKIPPING (2020) and THE
BOX (2021), and shall release GUARDIAN (working title) in 2021
The Company owns a 100% equity interest in
Greenlight Content Limited (' Greenlight
Content ') which is mainly
involved in the business of investing into dramas and movies, as well as
providing consulting services for the production of Korean content. Through the
acquisition of Greenlight Content, the Group's first co-produced drama, MY
SECRET TERRIUS, starring top Korean star, So Ji Sub, achieved #1 in drama viewership ratings for
its time slot and recorded double digits for its highest viewership

The Company owns a 100% equity interest in Frame
Pictures Co., Ltd. (' Frame Pictures '). Frame Pictures is a leader in the

equipment for some of Korea's most notable drama and movie projects including ITAEWON
