Qatar donates 158 tonnes dates to World Food Programme

(MENAFN- Gulf Times) Qatar, represented by the Ministry of Municipality and Environment's (MME) Agriculture Affairs Department, has presented a humanitarian contribution of 158 tonnes of the locally packed dates to the World Food Programme. The consignments were officially delivered to Qatar Red Crescent Society in the presence of director of resources Yousef Mohamed al-Awadi and MME communication officer Mohamed Ahmed al-Khanji.
