QIB wins 'Best Retail Bank in Qatar' at Retail Banker Trailblazer Awards

Doha: Qatar Islamic bank (QIB) has won the“Best Retail Bank in Qatar” award at the 12th Annual Retail Banker Trailblazer Awards 2021 in collaboration with MEED and GlobalData.

QIB was also recognised for three“Highly Commendable Achievements” including:“Excellence in Mobile Banking”,“Excellence in Financing” and“Best Loyalty/Rewards Programme in the Middle East”.

The Retail Banker International Asia Trailblazer Awards recognise the best-in-class banking institutions for their innovative service offering and commitment to customer excellence. QIB's recognition of its achievements in the retail banking sector is a testament to its outstanding performance and innovative products and services offering to its customers.

Organised by the Retail Banker International in collaboration with Arena International, UK, Middle East Economic Digest (MEED) and GlobalData, the Trailblazer awards programme is a platform for Retail banks to benchmark against global peers in areas such as customer satisfaction, innovation in product/service development and connected digital systems.
