Iran calls on world community to end Israeli violence against Palestinians


(MENAFN) On Monday, May. 17 Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs called on the world community to end Israeli violence against Palestinian people.

All the responsible organizations, comprising Organization of Islamic Cooperation and the United Nations Security Council, should put efficient effort to stop further Israeli violence and put efforts to protect the rights of the Palestinians.

Khatibzadeh said in his weekly press symposium: "Iran's plan to resolve the Palestinian issue is holding a referendum with the participation of all the main inhabitants of the Palestinian lands, including Muslims, Jews and Christians."

Khatibzadeh emphasized: "we have always stood by the oppressed people of Palestine."
