BAGHDAD, April 9 (KUNA) -- Up to 35 individuals who contracted the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) gave up struggle for their lives across Iraq over past hours, according to the local health ministry.
Additionally, competent health authorities diagnosed 7,937 others of bearing the pathogen, during the same duration, the department said in a statement on Friday.
The new mortalities with the germ put the death toll at 14,641 and additional cases
swelled the caseload to 911,376.
Moreover, 5,445 new recovery cases were recorded raising the whole count of the healed to 804,772. (end)
