China approves four sci-tech improvement IPOs

(MENAFN)China's securities watchdog has accepted the initial public offerings (IPOs) of four firms on the science and technology innovation board.

According to the China Securities Regulatory Commission, Jiangsu Maixinlin Aviation Science and Technology Corp., Shanghai Hollywave Electronic System Co., Ltd., Anhui Huaheng Biotechnology Co., Ltd., and Beijing Infosec Technologies Co., Ltd. will be listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange's sci-tech innovation board, commonly known as the STAR marketplace.

The firms and their underwriters will affirm the IPO dates and issue out prospectuses following talks with the stock exchange.

The STAR market installed in June 2019 and intended to sustain firms in the high-tech and planned emerging sectors, has facilitated listing criteria but applied higher obligations for information revelation.
