UAE fog alert: Road users urged to follow speed limits

(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) The National Center of Meteorology (NCMS) has appealed to all road users and motorists to take precautions and follow traffic instructions, due to the formation of fog and the low level of horizontal visibility at its lowest levels on Friday.
Al Ruwais, Al Sila, Al Ghuwaifat in Al Dhafra area experienced dense fog in the morning, according to the centre.
Fog was also seen over parts of Dubai, Abu Dhabi International Airport, Al Shewamikh, Al Shamkha and Mohammed Bin Zayed City in Abu Dhabi, sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road as well in areas of other emirates like Ajman Umm Al Quwain and Ras Al Khaimah.
The authorities have urged motorists to follow changing speed limits displayed on electronic information boards and follow traffic rules.
