(MENAFN)An official stated that Libyan rivals approved Friday on most criteria to select heads of sovereign positions.
The fifth round of the Libyan political discussions amid the delegations of the Supreme Council of State and the Tobruk-based House of Representatives started in Morocco.
Talks "are heading towards positivity and all participants are optimistic to reach reassuring matters," stated Omar Abulifa, a member of the Supreme Council of State, underlining that both sides agreed on most criteria.
"on Saturday, all criteria for selecting the heads of sovereign positions and the time for nomination will be announced," stated Mohamed al-Raed, a member of the House of Representatives.
