Iran: recent storm causes 0 damages to Kharg oil terminal infrastructure


(MENAFN)Kharg Island Oil Terminal infrastructures has not been damaged by the latest heavy rainfall and storm in the region, declared the Managing Director of Iranian Oil Terminals Company (IOTC) ,on Tuesday.

Abbas Asadrouz stated that, "Despite lightning, torrential rain, flooding, and severe storms in recent days, no damage has been done to the Kharg oil terminal infrastructures".

"He further declared that, among the coordination completed in diverse parts of the company and the efforts of committed and hardworking employees of Iran Oil Terminals Company in diverse parts of operations, intelligence and support, regardless of the fact that we had more than 200 mm of rain at the same time with heavy thunderstorms, but the storage services and export docks have not been dented and there have not been any disruptions in the company's operational procedures.
