(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) TUNIS, Nov 22 (KUNA) -- Tunisia's Ministry of Health on Sunday confirmed that 1,240 people contracted the novel coronavirus (Covid-19) over the past 24 hours, bringing the overall infections to 88,711.
As many as 69 patients succumbed to complications related to the illness, raising the death toll in the country to 2,821.
The recoveries from the pandemic went up to 62,249, according to the daily press release of the ministry. (end)
