(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Gaza, Oct. 18 (Petra) -- The Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced on Sunday that 1 new coronavirus death and 119 new infections were recorded in the coastal enclave over the past 24 hours.
In a daily COVID-19 report, the ministry said that 1,787 lab tests were conducted in Gaza, indicating that 63 additional cases have recovered, raising the total number of recoveries to 2,800.
"The total caseload since last March has reached 4,545, including 1,818 active infections and 27 deaths," the ministry pointed out.
