Kyrgyzstan's Manas Int'l Airport Announces Changes In Board Leadership


(MENAFN- Trend News Agency) BISHKEK, Kyrgyzstan, April 26. The chairman ofthe board of directors changed at Manas International Airport OJSC,which operates all airports in Kyrgyzstan, Trend reports.

"Today, on April 25, the annual general meeting of shareholdersof Manas International Airport took place. According to the votingresults, Talant Zhamanakov left the board of directors. Hepreviously held the position of chairman of the board," the companyannounced.

Renat Tuleberdiev has been elected as the new chairman. Since2019, Tuleberdiev has held the position of chairman of the board ofdirectors of the National Management Company.

In addition, during the voting, the director general of thecompany, Manas Samidinov was re-elected to this position.

Manas International Airport OJSC serves as the operator for allairports in Kyrgyzstan. The list includes 11 airports inKyrgyzstan: 5 international and 6 regional. The internationalairports are "Manas", "Osh", "Issyk-Kul", "Karakol", and "Batken".The rest are regional airports serving domestic air routes:"Jalal-Abad", "Isfana", "Karavan", "Kazarman", "Naryn", and"Talas".
