Morocco adds 1,345 new coronavirus patients

The health ministry of Morocco said that 1,345 more patients have been diagnosed with coronavirus in the country on Saturday, which has increased the total number of coronavirus cases across the nation to 32,007.

According to Mouad Mrabet, coordinator of the Moroccan Center for Public Health Operations at the Health Ministry, a total of 22,190 patients have recovered from the disease in Morocco, with 642 of them in the earlier 24 hours, as the total number of deaths increased 19 to set at 480.

The government has increased the medical emergency state for another month until the 10th of September.

Khalid Ait Taleb, the health minister of Morocco, said that the country has recently witnessed a rise in the number of serious cases and a rise in the number of deaths due to the disease.
