(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, Jan 9 (KUNA) -- Speaker of the National Assembly Marzouq Al-Ghanim cleared, Thursday, the Abdullah Al-Salem Hall (parliament) and began a secret session, which discusses the government's efforts to face regional developments.
Last Monday, Speaker Al-Ghanim said that Thursday's parliamentary session would be closed for secret discussions on developments in the region.
The session is held in accordance with article 69 of the parliament's statute. (end)
