Lebanon's Hariri strongly convicts attacks on Saudi Aramco facilities


(MENAFN) On Sunday, Lebanon's Prime Minister Saad Hariri strongly convicted the attacks which conducted by Yemen's Houthi rebels against Saudi Arabian oil facilities a day earlier cutting 50 percent of the kingdom's oil output capacity.

A statement by Hariri's office affirmed, "This attack requires very big measures from the international community to put an end to all terrorism acts attacking the Arab world and exposing the regional stability to dangerous conflicts".

The Prime Minister added that his nations expresses its solidarity with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and considers this attack as targeting the security of Gulf region.

On Saturday, Yemen's Houthi rebels announced responsibility for the attacks, emphasizing that 10 drones hit state-owned Saudi Aramco oil facilities in Abqaiq and Khurais.
