Saudi- Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Holds Talks with President of Afghanistan


(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) Jeddah, August 25, 2019, SPA -- The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud held a session of talks at Al-Salam Palace in Jeddah today with President Dr. Mohammad Ashraf Ghani of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.
During the talks, they reviewed relations between the two countries, ways of developing and strengthening them in various fields and latest developments in Afghanistan.
The session was attended by Prince Khalid Al-Faisal bin Abdulaziz, Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and Governor of Makkah Region; Minister of Commerce and Investment and Acting Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs Dr. Majed bin Abdullah Al-Qasabi; Minister of State for Foreign Affairs and Cabinet's Member Adel bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir; Assistant Special Secretary to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Tamim bin Abdulaziz Al-Salem; and Saudi Ambassador to Afghanistan Jassem bin Mohammed Al-Khalidi.
On the Afghan side, it was attended by the official delegation accompanying the Afghan President.
