(MENAFN- Colombo Gazette) Beliatta Pradeshiya Sabha Chairman Cyril Munasinghe was arrested by the Police after he surrendered today over an assault incident.
He was accused of assaulting a former Pradeshiya Sabha member at the Beliatta Pradeshiya Sabha.
