Housing loans of Iranian bank hit USD775m


(MENAFN) Head of Iran's Bank Maskan revealed USD775 million of loans to have been presented by the housing sector bank in the past Iranian year.

Masoud Izadi revealed, as reported HIBNA, that "Tehran received up to 30% of all home loans allocated to Iranian provinces."

"A total of 70,135 home loans worth 39.31 trillion rials [$267 million] were allocated to prospective homebuyers in Tehran last year," chief of the bank's Public Relations Office affirmed.

Following Tehran, Khuzestan, Alborz and Isfahan provinces were the most to be granted shares of the overall housing loans.
