As many as four Palestinians were wounded during night demonstrations and clashes with the Israeli forces in eastern Gaza Strip, near the border with Israel, medics stated.

Four Palestinians were shot and wounded by Israeli soldiers' gunfire in eastern Gaza Strip, and one of the four injured is in serious condition, stated Health Ministry Spokesman in Gaza Ashraf al-Qedra.

The night confusion unit, which is part of the demonstrations named "the Great March of Return," began on Saturday night with activities along the border between eastern Gaza Strip and Israel, according to local media reports in Gaza.

The Palestinians that took part in the protest burned tires, blasted scores of sound bombs, and disturbed the inhabitants of the Israeli small towns close to the border.
