(MENAFN) The Turkish health minister declared that up to 17 people have been killed in the breakdown of an eight-storey residential building in Istanbul, while 13 more received various injuries.
Among the wounded, two are in "serious condition," according to Fahrettin Koca who rushed to check on the victims at the hospital.
Thirty residents were reportedly inside the residential block in the Kartal district when it crumbled on Wednesday.
