Zumba is a combination of dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music.

The group started doing Zumba for fun two years ago on Chater Road in Central.

However, with so many domestic workers sitting around nearby, they made up their minds to form a Zumba group and encourage other workers to join in and have fun together with them.

Zumba is not only a dance but also an exercise and fitness regime which is good for the cardiovascular system and helps relieve stress, making it very good for your health.

The group meets on Chater Road from 4pm to 6pm every Sunday.

As the exercise is done to rhythmic music, the group said people who love music will enjoy dancing and exercising with them.

Two years on, the group is attracting more and more enthusiastic participants; now 40 people join in every Sunday to exercise and have fun together.
