Tibiaan strengthens its executive team with new Omani hires

(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) Muscat- Prominent Real estate brokerage firm tibiaan properties has added new Omani talent to its executive line-up, effectively strengthening its professional capabilities in line with its rapidly expanding property portfolio.

Areej Sultan Issa al Ismaili has been appointed as human resources manager, while Khadija Said Amur al Dhabouni has joined as marketing manager. Both of them complement an already formidable Omani-led executive team at tibiaan. Their appointments align with the company's invigorated strategy for business growth and market leadership amid strong efforts by the government and regulatory authorities to stimulate new investment inflows into the property sector, a press release said.

Areej joins the tibiaan team with over ten years of experience as a human resources professional. Prior to her latest appointment, she headed the HR and administration department of a well-known oilfield services provider, overseeing talent management in one of the most competitive labour segments in the sultanate.

Areej's aim is to revitalise the work environment at tibiaan to eventually make it an 'employer of choice' for real estate professionals. 'My goal is to enable and empower our employees by unlocking their full potential,' said the HR professional. 'To this end, we leverage technology, as well as drive the transition from being a cost centre to a profit enabler, notably by tying HR metrics with business needs and objectives.'

Khadija is an industry professional with demonstrable experience on the retail side of the real estate business in the sultanate. She previously worked with the shopping malls of Majid Al Futtaim in the capital region, garnering a wealth of experience in planning strategies, maintaining mall leadership, managing customer service teams, and delivering high-end campaigns.

As the new marketing manager at tibiaan, Khadija's primary responsibility is to promote and build the company's brand while driving business growth in Oman's burgeoning property sector. 'I'm really excited to be part of a reputable Omani real estate firm with impeccable market credentials and strong growth ambitions. My goal is to support tibiaan's evolution into a world-class player especially as it makes inroad into the marketing of international projects here in the sultanate,' she said.

Commenting on the new appointments, tibiaan CEO Fahad al Ismaili, said, 'Hiring new members to our team underscores an ongoing effort at tibiaan to be well-positioned to take advantage of new business opportunities proliferating across the real estate and property leasing industry in the sultanate on the back of strong investments in this key industry. We extend a hearty welcome to Khadija and Areej and wish them a mutually rewarding professional journey with us.'
