Oman- TAC wins Middle East and North Africa MazTech awards for third time

(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) Muscat- Towell Auto Centre recently bagged the Silver and Bronze medal MazTech Awards - Middle East & North Africa (MENA) in the Technical and Non-technical categories of the Skills Competition, conducted in Dubai. Mazda Oman's technical and non-technical teams met the challenges of the Mazda Customer Service Skills Competition with determination, strength and confidence to bag the Silver and Bronze medals for the third time in as many years.
A technical staff member each from Al Hail and Wadi Kabir branches and their trainer as well as a non-technical staff member from the Ibri branch were announced as the winners of the MazTech awards for Middle East and North Africa, 2018. Oman's TAC Mazda is the only group to have won both of Mazda Motor Corporation's awards. With this win, Mazda Oman will be participating for the third time in the World Final Skill Contest in Japan (2008, 2017 and 2019).
The parameters of assessment are based on the communication and presentation skills of the product consultants at Mazda. The MazTech awards competition for the Middle East and Africa (MENA) is an annual one for distributors in the region and has now been won by TAC's Mazda Oman for the third time. According to Towell Auto Centre (TAC), the sole distributor of Mazda vehicles in Oman, 'This is the third time we have won this contest, and we are immensely proud of the members of our technical and non-technical teams who have bagged the Silver and Bronze medal awards in technical and non-technical categories of the competition. Mazda Oman has consistently met the high standards set by Mazda Motor Corporation Japan.
