Egyptians respond to President Al Sissi campaign to end terrorism

(MENAFN)Egyptian Politicians and experts have said that after the attack on a North Sinai mosque that killed 305 lives, Egyptians are gathering around President Abdul Fattah Al Sissi, ready to take a role in his rigorous campaign to confront terrorism.

"Such terrorist operations boost the people's rallying around the president and the army in their efforts to eradicate terrorism," said Mohammad Al Kawi, a member of parliament.

"Terrorists have a known agenda aimed at destabilizing [the country] and blocking progress being implemented by President Al Sissi in all fields." he added.

In response to President Al Sissi strong speech that he presented after the attack, air force attacked militant hotbeds near the site of Friday's massacre and an unspecified number of terrorists were exterminated, according to the security forces.
