Ankara, Ramadan 29, 1438, June 24, 2017, SPA -- The United Arab Emirates Ambassador Khalifa Shaheen Al-Muarar, Saudi Charge d'Affaires Abdullah Al-Ghamdi and Bahraini Charge d'Affaires Kamil Abdullah Al-Ramdan has met with the Director General of Middle East Department at Turkish Foreign Ministry Ambassador Karim Keratli.
During the meeting, the representatives of the three countries stressed the positions of their countries on severing relations with the State of Qatar, which came as a result of Qatar's support for terrorism and its works to destabilize security and stability in the region.
The participants stressed that what is happening in the Gulf region is the three states' boycott of Qatar and not its siege, noting that this position was taken at the will of their countries to confront terrorism and maintain national security, stressing that the three countries have considered the humanitarian situation of the brotherly Qatari people, particularly with regard to the joint families in their countries and the State of Qatar.
